July 18th opened an exhibition in Baton Rouge named Art Melt. The jurors were:
national juror: Eric Robert Dallimore (Leon Gallery)
regional juror: Ben Thompson (Contemporary Art Jacksonville)
local juror: Katie Pfohls (LSU Museum of Art)

I am pleased to receive the Ann Connelly Fine Art Award for “apparently my shame is harder to stomach than yours”. This award will result in the inclusion of my painting in a group exhibition at the Ann Connelly Gallery in Baton Rouge. I will publish the dates of this exhibition as soon as they are made available.
